The Orange Sponge is a stunning and super colorful sponge. Orange Sponges grow in an upward branching style manner from a central base. Orange Sponges are typically only found in hues of orange, hence their name.

Orange Sponges can be placed anywhere in your tank as long as they get low to moderate lighting and high flow rates. After you have places your Orange Sponge, watch for any signs of stress. If you see that your Orange Sponge is stressed, simply move it a few inches until it seems happier.

Orange Sponges are peaceful sponges and can be placed closely to other sponges and corals. Just make sure that you allow space for your Orange Sponge to grow. Orange Sponges are very sensitive items and can not be exposed to air. If your Orange Sponge is exposed to air, it will probably die.

Orange Sponges need to be foods that are intended for sponges. Orange Sponges will also be eaten by some fish species that enjoy sponges like some angelfish species. Orange Sponges are fairly hard to care for sponges and should only be attempted by advanced aquarists.

If you have any questions about the Orange Sponge and if it's the right sponge for your tank, please feel free to contact us at any time.
