The Orange Line Chromis is a very active and colorful chromis. Orange Line Chromis have a mostly bluish silver body with a yellow dotted line going down its body. As a Orange Line Chromis ages, it will become duller in color.

Orange Line Chromis reach a maximum adult size of around 5 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 29 gallons in size. Orange Line Chromis are semi-aggressive fish, but shouldn't bother too many other fish, coral and inverts in your tank. This makes them a great fish to add to reef tanks.

Orange Line Chromis get along great in small groups in larger tanks. Like most chromis, overtime the dominant fish tend to whittle down the more peaceful fish in the group. Orange Line Chromis tend to live rather long lives when compared to other chromis as well. In smaller tanks it's a better idea to just keep a Orange Line Chromis singularly.

Orange Line Chromis are omnivores and require a diet that is rich in both meaty and green foods. Foods like mysis and brine shrimp, high quality frozen foods and high quality flake and pellet foods will keep your Orange Line Chromis healthy and happy.

Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions about the Orange Line Chromis and if it's the right fish for your tank.
