The Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasse is a super colorful and easy to care for fairy wrasse. Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasses differ greatly in appearance from male to female. Females have a mostly pink and orange body, while males are mostly blue with a pink and orange head.

Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasses reach a maximum adult size of around 5 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 75 gallons. Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasses are strong jumpers and will jump out of the tank if spooked, for this reason they need to be kept in tanks with a tight fitting lid with no holes large enough for them to jump through.

Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasses are peaceful fish that will get along with other fish, coral and inverts. This makes them an excellent choice for reef tanks. Red Head Solar Fairy Wrasses should be kept with peaceful to semi-aggressive fish only.
