The Brachiosaurus Blenny is a very unique and interesting looking blenny. Brachiosaurus Blennies have a very unique shaped head and also very long and tall dorsal fins that give them the look of a dinosaur, hence the name.

Brachiosaurus Blennies reach a maximum adult size of around 3 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 29 gallons. Brachiosaurus Blennies are also known jumpers, so it's best to keep them in tanks with a tight fitting hood with no holes large enough for them to jump through. Brachiosaurus Blennies are peaceful fish and shouldn't bother most fish or coral in your tank. Brachiosaurus Blennies have been known to eat and pick at some inverts and also nip at some corals. If you want to add a Brachiosaurus Blenny to your reef tank, please only proceed with caution.

Brachiosaurus Blennies will excel in tanks that have tons of live rock and sand for them to forage through. Brachiosaurus Blennies will spend most of their days going through your live rock and sand looking for small inverts to eat and algae to graze on between feedings.

Brachiosaurus Blennies are herbivores and should be fed a diet that is rich in green foods. Foods like nori and marine algae sheets, high quality frozen foods and high quality pellet and flake foods will keep your Brachiosaurus Blenny healthy and happy.

If you have any questions about the Brachiosaurus Blenny and if it's the right blenny for your tank, please feel free to contact us at any time.
