  • The Gold Domino Damsel is a uniquely colored and stunning damselfish. Gold Domino Damsels have a mostly black body with golden yellow fins and highlighting.

    Gold Domino Damsels reach around 4 inches when fully grown and can be kept in tanks as small as 29 gallons. Gold Domino Damsels are aggressive fish and should only be kept with other semi-aggressive to aggressive fish. After a Gold Domino Damsel is introduced to a tank, it will become very territorial and aggressive. Gold Domino Damsels will not bother coral and inverts, so they make good additions to more aggressive reef tanks.

    Gold Domino Damsels do very well in tanks with lots of live rock. With lots of rock present, Gold Domino Damsels can stake their claim and territory. Gold Domino Damsels are also very hardy fish and are great fish for beginner aquarists, just known that they will become aggressive.

    Gold Domino Damsels are omnivores and require a diet that are rich in both meaty and green foods. Foods like mysis and brine shrimp, high quality frozen foods and high quality flake and frozen foods will keep your Gold Domino Damsel happy and healthy.
