  • The Kupang Damsel is a stunning and very colorful damselfish. Kupang Damsels have a mostly bright blue body with a yellow belly.

    Kupang Damsels reach a maximum adult size of around 3 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 29 gallons. Kupang Damsels are semi-aggressive fish and won't bother most, coral or inverts in your tank. This makes them a good addition for reef tanks.

    Kupang Damsels can be very aggressive towards other damsels in smaller tanks. In smaller tanks, Kupang Damsels will also get territorial and aggressive towards other similar sized fish if they have enough time to establish a territory. This should be taken into account when adding a Kupang Damsel to your tank.

    Kupang Damsels are omnivores and require a diet that is rich in meaty and green foods. Foods like mysis and brine shrimp, high quality flake and pellet foods and high quality frozen foods will keep your Kupang Damsel healthy and happy. Kupang Damsels are not picky eaters and will eat most foods offered to them.
