  • The Yellow Clown Goby is a very small and great goby to add to your reef tank. Yellow Clown Gobies have a completely yellow body.

    Yellow Clown Gobies reach a maximum adult size of around 2 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 10 gallons. Yellow Clown Gobies are very peaceful fish and will get along with other fish, coral and inverts in your tank. For this reason, Yellow Clown Gobies are great additions to reef tanks. Yellow Clown Gobies should not be kept with larger overly aggressive fish though.

    Yellow Clown Gobies spend most of their time perched in SPS hard corals, so it's a good idea to house a Yellow Clown Goby in a tank with lots of hard corals for it to perch on. Yellow Clown Gobies can aggravate some coral, but most of the time the coral will heal itself.

    Yellow Clown Gobies are carnivores and require a diet that is rich in meaty foods. Foods like mysis and brine shrimp, high quality meaty frozen foods and small pieces of fresh seafood should keep your Yellow Clown Goby healthy and happy.
