Rabbitfish are great fish to add to just about any aquarium. Rabbitfish are medium sized fish growing to just under one foot in length as fully grown adults.

Rabbitfish are normally pretty good choices for reef aquariums, but have been known to occasionally pick at some LPS and soft corals, so you should proceed with caution if you have some prized LPS or soft corals in your tank. Some Foxface and Rabbitfish will eat hair and bubble algae as well.

Rabbitfish are peaceful fish that normally get along great with other peaceful fish. In smaller tanks, Rabbitfish can be aggressive and territorial to other similar species of Rabbitfish. Rabbitfish also have venomous spines, which can really injure humans if stung, so extreme caution should be taken around Rabbitfish.
